Dongfeng Brose Automotive Systems Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Dongfeng Brose") is a professional development and manufacturing enterprise of automotive parts electromechanical integration systems and intelligent adjustment systems. The company is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, which is known as the "thoroughfare of nine provinces". It covers a total area of 54000 square meters and is surrounded by various three-dimensional transportation resources such as Dongfeng Avenue Elevated Line, Fourth Ring Road, and Development Zone Tram. Its geographical location is superior. Dongfeng Renault, Dongfeng Citroen, Dongfeng Honda, Dongfeng Passenger Cars, and Dongfeng Nissan (under construction) are all within a half-hour drive, while also radiating to vehicle companies in surrounding areas such as Changsha, Nanchang, and Zhengzhou. At present, the company's main products are door systems (door modules, window mechanisms, window motors, tailgate braces), power systems (cooling fan assemblies, transmission motors), seat systems (seat frames), etc. The products cover the passenger and commercial vehicle markets.

Dongfeng Brose's strategic layout in China aims to provide more effective services and support to Chinese customers. In order to promote the strategic needs of localization, the company urgently needs an intelligent system that can meet project management. After in -depth research and careful assessment of management, HSPLM fully meets the needs of the enterprise in the project management life cycle, and then decided to collaborate with Dalian Haosen Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HAOSENsoft") to build a project management system based on the Aras PLM framework, which was officially launched at the end of December 2023.

At the kick-off meeting, HAOSENsoft made a detailed report on the overall project process, implementation process, and problem management, etc. Subsequently, they answered the questions raised by each department one by one. Finally, both parties had a detailed discussion on the next step of the work plan.

After the project was launched, HAOSENsoft conducted survey with multiple departments of Dongfeng Brose. Based on the principles of overall planning and step-by-step implementation, a project management platform with Aras PLM framework and cross departmental collaboration was established to support Dongfeng Brose in managing project related data in future production and operation activities.

The system will be divided into eight modules: basic module, personal zone, file storage, project development process monitoring, cost management, data analysis and summary, change management, and sample management, and will be customized for development. The customized content will be based on the specific requirements collected during the technical agreement and demand survey, while optimizing and improving the informatization, digitization, and localization of Dongfeng Brose's business. It is expected to complete the implementation of the project Management system platform in the first quarter of 2024.
