Raw Material Management

Can maintain raw material records, suppliers and supply status, market prices, transaction prices, physical and chemical values, nutritional values, regulations and standards. The raw material data will be used for formula calculation TO establish an enterprise level standard raw material warehouse and semi-finished product warehouse to achieve rapid selection of product formulas, and improve the efficiency of using product standard materials, reduce unnecessary new material development costs, and reduce redundant material inventory.

Requirements & Process Management

Requirement management is used to establish R&D requirements or new product proposals, describing the various contents, requirements, and limitations of the requirements. It is the source of formula research and development, reviewed and assigned to R&D personnel. Starting from the requirement proposal, the entire process is controlled in different states, including proposal, review, allocation, return, in development, sampling, until the requirement is completed.

Quantity & Cost Calculation

Dynamically calculate the amount of raw materials based on the composition of the formula. When the total output changes, the amount of each input raw material is recalculated proportionally. Calculate the cost price and reference price for each formula ingredient based on the amount of raw material used. Accumulate the total unit cost of the formula and provide it to the sales quotation.

Physical & Chemical Value Calculation

Based on the amount of raw materials used, the physical and chemical values of the formula, such as water, protein, fat, carbohydrates, heavy metals, and microbial values, are obtained by adding them up.

Recipe Templates & Recipe Version Management

Different formula templates can be defined, each set of templates has specific data content, calculation methods, output formats, convenient for users to use, and corresponding permissions can be set. The formula results of each stage can be compiled into versions and can be traced or reused, which not only improves the control of the R&D process but also enhances the value of the R&D results.
