In order to serve customers more efficiently and conveniently, Wuhu Jin'an Shiteng Automobile Safety System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jin'an Shiteng") has decided to strengthen its digital transformation strategy and respond to future development strategies through digital and intelligent means. After in-depth research, Jin'an Shiteng officially teamed up with Dalian Haosen Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HAOSENsoft") to jointly build the Aras PLM product lifecycle management system in November 2023, to digitize research and development management and respond to the ever-changing market development and competition!

Target

After multiple rounds of research and negotiation, Jin'an Shiteng and HAOSENsoft have reached a high consensus and established the following project goals:

1. Targeting APQP and the company's GPDS development process early quality planning standards, the main line of project management business

Guided by APQP as a guide to shape a superior project management business line, dedicated to early quality planning, and pursue the excellent quality of products and services. The main line of business is not only related to the perfect presentation of the product, but also the trust and maintenance of customers.

2. The Main Business Line of Product Master Data Management and Distribution, with Parts&EBOM As the Core

Establish a complete product/part information and BOM management mechanism on the Aras PLM system, which can be directly linked to relevant R&D and quality management information through part number information, and establish a knowledge base for company R&D information.

3. The Business Mainline of Collaboration and Management of Graphic and Document Data, with Design Tool Integration As the Source

Concentrated and unified management of graphic document data scattered in the enterprise to ensure their security and effectiveness, review and distribute through electronic processes, and support query functions to ensure the reuse of enterprise intellectual assets.

4. The Main Task of Organizing and Migrating Historical Data Based on Data Standardization

Ensure the integrity, uniformity, and accuracy of data, provide a solid data foundation for enterprises, and support its business development and decision-making.

5. Integrate with ERP to Realize Business Data Linkage

Realize bidirectional data transfer with the ERP system, directly transfer material data and BOM data from PLM to the ERP system, and be able to retrieve inventory and other information of materials from the ERP system. Support PLM product projects and design tasks driven by ERP sales orders, achieving order based business closure.

In the future, HAOSENsoft will be concentrated with Jin'an Shiteng and escort the safety of automobiles.
